Returns / Repair / Replace

We recommend you DO NOT return a product unless it’s completely necessary. We release exclusive product colorways that often won’t be released again. You CAN NOT return an item to get a new colorway that has been released. All products are designed and handmade in Oregon with a focus on quality and durability. SAND is not a large factory, it’s one person with a couple of industrial sewing machines. If a product is damaged we will repair or replace it with a new one. Contact info@sandisacult.com for a repair or replacement, or if absolutely necessary a return inquiry.
